Residential Remodeling
For residential remodeling projects, the next step may include an on-site consultation, measurements, selections, renderings, design coordination, or other preconstruction work depending on the complexity of the project.
We charge for formal residential proposals and project planning. Smaller, clearly defined projects may proceed through a paid proposal, while larger or more complex remodels may require a separate planning or preconstruction phase before final construction pricing can be developed.
Any applicable proposal or planning fees will be discussed and approved before that work begins.
Commercial Property Services
Commercial requests are evaluated based on the individual scope of work and the requirements of the property, facility, or contract.
After reviewing the request, our team may schedule a site visit, gather additional information, or prepare an estimate or bid as appropriate. Commercial estimating requirements and any applicable preconstruction or planning costs will be discussed in advance when necessary.
