Contractor’s Perspective: Completed Kitchen Remodel in Sapulpa

We are thrilled to share the successful completion of a stunning kitchen remodel project in Sapulpa! As a contractor, it was our privilege to work on this project, which involved breathing new life into the existing cabinetry while making several modifications and introducing fresh elements. Let’s take a closer look at the incredible transformations that took place.

BEFORE & AFTER

The first step in this remodel was to evaluate the existing cabinetry. While the homeowners wanted to keep the original cabinets, we knew that some modifications and a fresh coat of paint would give them a whole new look. To achieve this, we decided on a paint color called “Simply White” with a satin sheen (2143-70). This choice not only brightened up the space but also brought a touch of modern elegance to the kitchen.

Next on the list was the island, which underwent a significant modification. We transformed it into a single-level surface, creating a more open and inviting space for family and friends to gather. This modification not only enhanced the functionality of the island but also added a contemporary aesthetic to the overall design.

To elevate the kitchen’s appeal further, we replaced the countertops with beautiful Shadow Storm marble. This natural stone brought a touch of sophistication and luxury to the space, effortlessly blending with the cabinetry’s new white finish. The veining and unique patterns of Shadow Storm marble added depth and character, making the countertops a focal point in the room.

To complement the new countertops, we installed a stunning backsplash in Mallorca Grey, featuring 2.5×8″ tiles. This choice added a subtle texture and visual interest to the kitchen while maintaining a cohesive color scheme.

The sink played a vital role in the functionality of the space, and we selected a Kraus Kore 33″ Undermount Double Basin Stainless Steel Workstation Sink. This high-quality sink provided ample space for various kitchen tasks and came with practical accessories to enhance usability. The stainless steel finish not only added durability but also complemented the overall aesthetic.

Completing the sink area was a Kohler Tempered 1.5 GPM Single Hole Pre-Rinse Pull Down Kitchen Faucet. This sleek and modern fixture not only provided practicality but also served as a stylish statement piece in the kitchen. Its pre-rinse feature and single-hole design added convenience while maintaining a clean and uncluttered look.

Lastly, we turned our attention to the walls. The homeowners wanted a sophisticated yet understated backdrop for their kitchen. With that in mind, we chose a paint color called “Platinum Gray” in an eggshell finish. This choice added a soft and neutral tone to the walls, allowing the cabinetry, countertops, and other elements to shine.

In conclusion, this completed kitchen remodel in Sapulpa showcases the beauty of transforming an existing space with thoughtful modifications and refinements. By retaining the original cabinetry and making strategic updates, such as modifying the island, changing the countertops to Shadow Storm marble, and adding a stylish backsplash, we were able to create a kitchen that perfectly balances functionality and aesthetics.

As a contractor, we take immense pride in our work, and it brings us great joy to see the homeowners delighted with their newly remodeled kitchen. We hope this project inspires others who are considering a kitchen remodel to embrace the potential of their existing space while incorporating fresh elements for a truly remarkable transformation.
