BEFORE & AFTER
Witness the stunning metamorphosis that unfolded in Talala. The “before” photo captures a tired and lackluster kitchen, while the “after” images reveal a space that exudes elegance and functionality. Old faded cabinets have been replaced with sleek, modern ones, and worn-out countertops have been upgraded to luxurious granite surfaces. The removal of the heavy stone cooktop surround and another wall has brought in an abundance of natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere.
After removing all the wood paneling in the main living areas we did a new texture and paint. New flooring and base trim as well. Light fixtures were installed in the main areas including a remote fan in the living room. A built in was added to the living room to the right of the fireplace for additional storage. We removed (2) partial walls which had been separating 2 different kitchens and laundry room. A reconfiguration in the bathroom off the kitchen allowed us to move the hot water tank to make way for the new laundry room/half bath. The owners requested a sitting area/desk area with a large pantry with pull out drawers. There is a lot of seating in this new kitchen configuration having room to sit at the new island, peninsula, and the desk area. We were sure to add lots of new flush LED lights to help brighten the space.

Appliances-Frigidaire stainless steel with a 5 burner electric cook top. Super single undermount kitchen sink. Oil rubbed bronze hardware and faucets. Cabinets-shaker style. Backsplash-tumbled marble with accent of “Amalfi Cafe” Mosaic.
