We’re excited to share the progress we made on our recent home remodel project right here in your wonderful town. From the heart of the home to the exterior’s curb appeal, this project aimed to modernize and enhance both function and style.

Exterior Transformation
The exterior makeover was a full-scale endeavor. Painting was completed, giving the house a fresh new look that turned heads. The Cedar accent, with its 1×8″ stained finish, added a touch of rustic elegance that perfectly complemented the neighborhood’s charm. But that’s not all – we took things up a notch with a custom metal handrail featuring intricate braided wire detailing. It was both a safety feature and an artistic statement that showcased our commitment to excellence.
For added privacy and beauty, a horizontal privacy fence made from stunning stained cedar was installed. This fence not only secluded the backyard but also added an extra layer of aesthetic allure to the property.

Interior Revamp: Kitchen & Beyond
Inside, the heart of the home – the kitchen – was reimagined. The complete kitchen remodel was designed to bring functionality, aesthetics, and a breath of fresh air to the space. The sleek and stylish backsplash made of 3 in. x 12 in. Ceramic Bright White Subway Tiles was added, infusing the kitchen with a clean and timeless feel.
The Calacutta Manhattan Quartz countertops with a flat edge were not only visually stunning but also durable and easy to maintain. Paired with the new shaker-style cabinets featuring a unique bevel design, the kitchen took on a whole new personality. The soft-close doors and drawers were a standard of convenience that homeowners loved.
The details mattered, and that’s why we included a new bench area and broom closet – these functional additions were about making daily life smoother and more organized. For those culinary enthusiasts, the trash pull-out and spice pull-out in the cabinets were thoughtful touches that elevated the cooking experience.
Finishing Touches & Accents
The devil was in the details, and we didn’t hold back on those. An upper cabinet to the left of the sink was ready to showcase glassware in style. Speaking of the sink, the Ruvati Stainless Steel undermount with a 50/50 low divide was both practical and elegant – perfect for modern living.
And let’s talk about aesthetics – the Vigo Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Matte Gold was a statement piece that added a touch of luxury to the culinary space.
Colors & Paint
The interior colors were chosen with utmost care. Cabinets and trim/base were adorned with the timeless and fresh White Dove in semi-gloss, while the walls and ceiling were dressed in White Dove eggshell (White Dove OC-17). This combination created an airy, inviting, and harmonious ambiance throughout the house.
