- Installation of flush mount LED fixtures
- Replacement of smoke detectors
- Replacement of bathroom heater/exhaust fan with a combination unit

- Resurfacing of bathtub, surround, and tile flooring
- Sanding and refinishing of hardwoods throughout

- Replacement of back door steps and handrail with treated lumber

- Structural repairs due to termite damage in the garage and back bedrooms
- Insulation replacement in the attic
