When it comes to creating a personal sanctuary, the primary bathroom holds unparalleled potential. For this returning customer, we transformed their dated primary bathroom into a serene and functional retreat. From adding thoughtful architectural changes to incorporating modern design elements, this project truly shines.

Key Upgrades and Features

A Private Oasis

One of the standout changes in this remodel was the addition of a doorway to separate the bathroom from the primary bedroom. This small architectural adjustment instantly enhanced privacy, making the space feel more like a dedicated retreat.

Shower Transformation

• Before: The space featured a traditional bathtub that no longer suited the customer’s needs.
• After: We installed a sleek, low-maintenance cultured marble shower pan and walls that run floor to ceiling. This seamless design is modern, fresh, and easy to maintain. The addition of a frameless sliding glass door elevates the look while ensuring functionality.

Custom Vanity Design

• The vanity is crafted from beautifully stained Maple with a Shaker-style door featuring a slight bevel. The rich Dark Walnut stain adds warmth and elegance.
• Cultured marble countertops paired with countertop storage towers provide both style and practical storage.
• The vanity area is perfectly illuminated by a new custom mirror and a striking light fixture.

Flooring and Walls

• Flooring: Emser Novales “Eclipse” 12×24 tiles with Oyster Gray grout were selected for their modern yet inviting appeal.
• Paint Colors: Sherwin Williams “Snowbound” for trim and “Mindful Gray” for the walls create a soft and harmonious color palette. Minwax “Dark Walnut” for the vanity ties in a natural, warm feel.

Why Choose These Features?

• Cultured Marble: A durable and sleek material that’s easy to clean and resistant to wear, making it perfect for a high-use area.
• Frameless Glass Door: Adds a touch of luxury and creates an open, spacious feel.
• Storage Towers: These are making a strong comeback, offering a functional and stylish solution for toiletries and other essentials.

Before and After: A Total Transformation

This bathroom once felt dated and disconnected from the homeowners’ style. With careful planning and expert craftsmanship, it now serves as a calming retreat that combines aesthetics and functionality seamlessly.
