- Modern Storage Solutions: Increased drawer space for better functionality in this smaller kitchen.

- Cabinetry Color: A custom shade of Sherwin-Williams Alabaster (50% less), adding the perfect warmth to the kitchen.
Bathroom Remodels: Refreshing and Functional
The two bathrooms received thoughtful updates:
- Guest Bathroom: A full shower replacement with a cultured marble shower and frameless glass door added elegance and ease of maintenance.
- Primary Bathroom: Retained the existing bathtub but received updates with a new modern vanity, fresh paint, updated flooring, and improved lighting. Removing the outdated drop ceiling over the vanity made the space feel brighter and more open.
- Gold Accents: Subtle touches of warmth that tie everything together beautifully.
